Inclusion Criteria
All term patients posted for cesarean section.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal / any contraindication for spinal anesthesia.
ASA III and above.
Obesity (BMI > 35)
Height < 150 cm / > 165 cm
Peripartum bleeding (Placenta previa grade II and above, PPH)
Pregnancy < 37 weeks
Uterine overdistension (multiple gestation, polyhydramnios, LGA baby)
