Patient treated with surgery using volar locking plate for unstable distal radius fracture
- Definition of unstabie distal radius fracture
dorsal angulation=20 dregree
radial shortening=10 mm
severe dorsal communition
intra-articular fracture
multiple injuries
open distal radius fracture
neurovasuclar injuries
Patient treated with additioal proceures beside volar locking plate
Chronic use of opioids
Psychiatric illness
Known allergy or contraindication to opioid or local anesthesia
Patient who wanted brachial plexus block or PCA(Patient-controlled analgesia)
