Patients having chronic respiratory disease according to history taken and available reports such as X-ray, CT scan of thorax.
Both males and females.
Age between 18 to 60 years.
Patients having android phones.
Patients with acute exacerbation with clinical instability.
Patients with history of surgery of neck /shoulder in past 6
months.
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension.
Patients with known cardiac disease.
Patients with other neurological or musculoskeletal condition
causing activity limitation.
Impaired cognitive status.
