Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing minor surgical procedures at Sree Balaji Medical College Hospital
1.ASA grade â?? I, II , III
2.Age between 15 & 55yrs
Exlcusion criteria ; 1.patients not giving consent for study
2.patients with inadequate NPO.
3.patients with severe systemic illness.
4.patients with restricted mouth opening.
5.patients with underlying lung pathology.
Exclusion Criteria
•1.Patient refusal.
•2.ASA grade â?? IV
•3.Patients with complications like severe anemia, hypovolemia,
•septicemia, shock.
•4. Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy
•5.Local infection in pharynx.
•6.Patients with Full Stomach
•7.Patients with upper airway obstruction
