Inclusion Criteria
1.Subjects complaining of Shiroshoola, Nasasrava, Ghranauparodha, Nasakandu, Nasavarodha, Kshavatu , Kaphotklesh , Swarbheda , Aruchi, Klama, Indriyanamasamarthyam(altered functions of sense organs)(Charak Samhita, ChikistaSthana, 8/49-50)
2. Age group from 18 to 60 years irrespective of age, sex, religion, race, occupation etc.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects with evident causes of nasal pathology like deviated nasal septum or any other anatomic variants in nose.
2.Subjects who have taken any antihistamines, mast cell stabilizers; nasal corticosteroids; or antileukotrienes for at least 1 week prior.
3.Known case of systemic diseases like - T. B, Pneumonia, Asthma. D.N.S, Nasal polyps. Tumours of nose, etc.
