Inclusion Criteria
patients undergoing mastoid surgery-all adult patients undergoing mastoid surgery-will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients with pre existing back, neck ailments
2. Patients with impaired vision, restricted extra ocular movements
3. Patients who have consumed alcohol, sedatives, anti vertigo medications before the procedure.
4. Patients with pre-existing vestibular disorders
5. Children
