Inclusion Criteria
  • all patients who have extensive or recuutrent cholesteatoma undergoing canal wall down tympanomastoidectomy
Exclusion Criteria
  • not willing for surgery

  • Malignancy

    • Patients with intracranial complication
  • Residual cholesteatoma
