At the end of this study we hope to predict on table optimal size of meatoplasty in relation to size of mastoid cavity for effective post operative healing in chronic otitis media (atticoantral type), the time taken for creation of meatoplasty to meatal opening at the time of cavity healing, time taken for cavity healing and associated complications can be noted. This would predict the optimal size of meatoplasty on table considering size of mastoid cavity.Timepoint: The outcome of the study will be assessed after sample size has been attained in September 2020
