简要总结

Badminton involves shots that require speed and explosive strength combined with agile footwork and movements that are applied tactically, and it has become a popular racket sport that is extensively developed worldwide.

The competitive ability of the athletes is strongly related to the positive or poor characteristics of physical fitness.

Additionally, the adolescent age and beginners’ level is critical for the development of physical fitness.

In non-athletic cohorts, females advanced in maturation were found to display higher levels of overweight, obesity prevalence and sedentary behavior when compared to less mature counterparts.

Immediately returning to the central position after performing a shot and following up with another shot is an efficient footwork technique that increases a badminton player’s probability of winning.

As Bell-IP-OP therapy is the latest dance therapy designed by the researcher, no benefits of Bell-IP-OP therapy on body composition and footwork is seen on female beginners’ badminton players yet.

Therefore, the need for the study arises to check the effectiveness of Bell-IP-OP therapy on body composition and footwork among beginner female badminton players.
