Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals diagnosed with Lower Crossed Syndrome having low back pain with lumbar lordosis angle more than 40 degrees. All genders with age group 18\-60 years and who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Clinically diagnosed with neurological symptoms involving Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc, Radiculopathy.
- •History of abdominal, spinal surgeries/trauma/fracture less than two years. Who have undergone physiotherapy treatment in the last 3 months for low back pain.
- •Who are unable to comprehend the command. Diagnosed with any medical conditions which is contraindicated for exercises.
- •Pregnant woman.
