Inclusion Criteria
1) Diagnosed case of Thalassemia Major.
2) Age group 02-12years irrespective of gender.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Children below age 2 year and above 12 year irrespective of gender.
2)Patient having HIV,HBV infection, Hepatic failure, DM,TB.
3)Patient having BT interval of less than 12 days.
4)Patient who have undergone splenectomy.
