Inclusion Criteria
1-Elective General anaesthesia surgeries requiring orotracheal intubation
2-ASA Physical status I, II
3-Age between 18-60 years
4-Body mass index between 18-35 kg/m2
5-Patient’s having MPC 1,2,3
Exclusion Criteria
1-Patients with hemodynamic and respiratory compromise
2-Less than 1.5 finger mouth opening
3-History of gastroesophageal reflux disease
4-Patients having cervical spine instability
5-Patients having BMI more than 35 kg/m2
