Inclusion Criteria
1)Adults aged 18-59 years.
2)Diagnosed with Schizophrenia according to ICD-10.
3)Total score on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) >5.
4)Medication doses ,patients who are stable for one last month.
5)Basic education of 5 years
Exclusion Criteria
•Alcohol or any other substance use disorder.
•History of Organicity
•.Any other psychiatric condition.
•Night shift workers.
