Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults age more than 18 years old, 2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery with trendelenburg position
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients'refusal, 2.BMI > 30 kg/m2, 3.Lung bleb or bullae diagnosed by preoperative chest radiograph, 4.COPD
, 5.Lung fibrosis, 6.pregnancy,7. end-stage renal disease
, 8. Increased intracranial pressure , 9. circulatory shock during preoperative period, 10. pneumothorax during preoperative period
