Inclusion Criteria
1.PATIENTS WITH PROXIMAL FEMUR FRACTURE REDUCTION UNDER SUBARACHNOID BLOCK.
2.ASA GRADE :PATIENTS BELONGING TO AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGISTS PHYSICAL STATUS (ASA) I,II,III
3.PATIENT WILLING TO SIGN INFORMED CONSENT
Exclusion Criteria
1.PATIENT REFUSAL TO THE FICB
2.H/O HEPATIC OR RENAL DISEASE
3.H/O BLEEDING DIATHESIS
4.H/O ANY KIND OF ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS .
