Inclusion Criteria
osteoarthritis of hip patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1-3) with BMI 18-40 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1. deny to participate 2. Patients without ability to assess outcome eg. Dementia, Parkinson disease 3. History of allergy any drugs used in this study 4. Patients at risks of local anesthetic drug toxicity ( BMI<18, chronic liver disease, albumin level < 2.8 gm/dl) 5. Patients with contraindication of NSAIDs use 6. Chronic opioid use patients
