1.Patient requiring removal of maxillary second and third molar
2.Patient under ASA 1 status
3.Both intra-alveolar and trans-alveolar extraction shall be included
4.Patients above 18 years of age
5.Both males and females shall be included
1.Severely comorbid patient â?? carcinoma of the oral cavity
2.Patient with a history of uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac patients, chemoradiation, chronic smoker, patient on OCP or history of CIPA
3.Patient with a periodontally compromised dental condition
4.Patient with limited mouth opening
5.Patient allergic to lignocaine
6.Patients below 18 years
