1. Patients with history of areca nut chewing or any other tobacco related product.
2. Clinically diagnosed as OSMF(stage I and stage II) according to Nagesh and Bailoor.
3. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
4. No history of prior treatment for the same.
1. Patients who did not give consent for participation.
2. Patients suffering from hypertension, diabetes or any cardiac, respiratory, renal, and hepatic disease.
3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
4. History of hypersensitivity to turmeric, spirulina or other antioxidants.

Name Time Method 1. Burning Sensation <br/ ><br>2. Mouth openingTimepoint: 1. Burning Sensation and pain- will be recorded by VAS score after every 15 days for 3 months. <br/ ><br>2. Mouth opening- will be recorded by geometric scale after every 15 days for 3 months.
