Inclusion Criteria
patients older than 18 years are at least 3 years have passed since the risk of diabetes, patients with painful diabetic neuropathy, patients who for at least three months before nortriptyline were 25-75 mg.
Exclusion criteria: patients with epilepsy, patients with uncontrolled HTN severe, chronic liver disease or kidney disease, patients with other causes of pain are treated.

Name Time Method Pain and burning. Timepoint: Baseline, one month after discontinuation of the Nortriptyline, after 3 months of initiating Deloxetine. Method of measurement: Based on questionnaire.
