Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients with acute clavicle fracture referring to our institution and age \>18\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Unwilling to participate or unable to attend to follow\-up investigations
  • •\- Linguistic barriers impeding comprehension of the study material
  • •\- Amputations at the level of the humerus or below
  • •\- Fixed elbow contractures with extension deficit \> 50°
  • •\- Previous surgery for scoliosis corrections, surgery on the thoracic cage or scapulae
