Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.All cases of post\-traumatic symptomatic peripheral TFCC tear (PALMER type 1B and ATZEI type 1,2\) undergoing arthroscopic TFCC repair between December 2022\-February 2024
  • 2\.Adult patients up to 60 years of age
  • 3\. Patients with chronic ulnar\-sided wrist pain \> 6 weeks presenting after a period of non operative management.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Palmer type 1c, Atzei type 3,4,5
  • 2\.Patients with associated conditions like malunited wrist fractures, TFCC peripheral tears associated with ulnar styloid base fractures, osteoarthritis of the wrist joint, carpal bones instability which hampers the usual rehabilitation protocol
  • 3\.Generalized ligamentous laxity
