入选标准
- •1) Patients over 18 years old;
- •2) Patients with confirmed or suspected infection;
- •3) SOFA score = 2 points;
- •4) Cardiac ultrasound prompts new cardiac dysfunction;
- •5) Informed consent signed by the subjects themselves or their legal representatives.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with previous cardiac insufficiency;
- •2) Patients with previous chronic kidney disease;
- •3) Patients with previous hepatic insufficiency: liver function (ALT, AST) = 2 times the upper limit of normal;
- •4) Pregnancy or perinatal patients;
- •5) Patients who are allergic to ginseng ingredients;
- •6) Patients who are known to have participated in any other clinical trials within 3 months.
