<p>*Physical fitness, using an estimated VO2max, will be measured with the<br /><br>20m-Shuttle Run (20m-SRT)(van Mechelen et al., 1986, Leger et al., 1988)<br /><br>*Muscle power of five muscle groups measured by HHD (Munneke 1998) according to<br /><br>the protocol.<br /><br>Measurements: flection and extension of knee and elbow and powergrip of the<br /><br>hand.<br /><br>*BMI for children.</p><br>
Secondary Outcome Measures

<p>1) Activities and participation compared with healty peers. These aspects are<br /><br>measured using the Modiable Activity Questionnaire. This questionnaire contains<br /><br>five questions: The effort with regard to last 14 days is required, also the<br /><br>number of hours watching TV and computing. Furthermore, the frequency and<br /><br>participating in sports (including competition level) and activities of last<br /><br>year.<br /><br>2a) Level of competence using the Self-Perception Profile for children<br /><br>(Competentie Belevings Schaal voor kinderen, de CBSK), Veerman et al.,<br /><br>1889/1997<br /><br>2b) Level of motor competence: The Motor Self-Perception Profile for Children(<br /><br>CBSK-M, Veerman et al., 1997) a supplement of the CBSK specifically measures<br /><br>motor competence.<br /><br>2c) 'Hoe vind ik dat ik het doe?(Gijzen 2003) , is a list of motor skills,<br /><br>that can be measured by images.<br /><br></p><br>
