Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASAPS) I and II patients scheduled for elective Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) under general anaesthesia with controlled ventilation.
Exclusion Criteria
Known allergy to Dexmedotimidine and/or Clonidine.
Patients with hypertension, bilateral ethmoidal polyp, bilateral extensive sinusitis, significant neurological, psychiatric, liver and kidney disease.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Comparison of the reduction of intraoperative blood loss.Timepoint: Baseline preoperatively, every 5 minutes till half an hour of surgery, followed by every 10 minutes till end of surgery.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Provision of a dry operating field, reducing PACU and hospital stay.Timepoint: Baseline preoperatively, every 5 minutes till half an hour of surgery, followed by every 10 minutes till end of surgery. Follow up in post operative ICU.
