Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients \>18years of age, diagnosed with mild to moderate COVID\-19 (not requiring ICU care) and are clinically able to fulfil the questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients \< 18 years of age, diagnosed with severe COVID, requiring ICU care and unable to fulfil the questionnaire
