- •Elective OPCAB surgeries,EF > 50%
- •Airway Mallampati grading 1 and 2
排除标准
- •On pump CABG
- •poor lv function (EF less than 50 %)
- •patients on iabp support
- •allergy to study drug
- •unwilling patients
- •difficult airway
- •Morbid obese (BMI > 35 kg/m2)
- •emergency surgery
- •AV Conduction block greater than first degree
- •SBP < 100 mmHg, DBP < 50 mmHg
- •HR < 60 beats per min
- •Bronchospasm or bronchial asthma/ COPD pts
