- •chronic hypertension, pregnancy, eclampsia, bronchial asthma, bradycardia, previous myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular insufficiency,patient receiving anti-hypertensive, antiarrythmic drugs,significant systemic disease, history of allergy to test drugs, patient not otherwise in inclusion criteria.
