Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient in between the age group of 16-30

2. Patient having lakshanas of artavakshaya

3. Patients having bleeding requiring less than 1-2 pads on the

first day of menses

4. Mentstrual bleeding taking place only 1, 2 days per Cycle

5. Both married and unmarried women

6. Patients presenting with the pratyatma lakshana of artava

7. After screening for covid 19 in covid screening O. P. D patients will be

selected.

Exclusion Criteria

Known cases of the following diseases-

1. Prolactinaemias,

2. Graves disease

3. Endometrial tuberculosis

4. Fibrosed/atropic endometrium

5. Uterine synechae

6. Patient with systemic disorder like DM, HTN, TB, Asthma, Congenital

abnormalities.

7. Patient with malnutrition, severe anemia (Hb < 8gm %)

8. Lactating women.

9. OCP using women.
