patients complaining of painful menstruation foratleast 2 consecutive cycles and having regular menstrual cycle
Exclusion Criteria
patient having congenital anomalies leading to dysmenorrhea and having chronic systemic diseases.
patients having pelvic pathology.
patient with iucd.
patient taking any hormonal therapy.
