Inclusion Criteria

  • •Normal healthy young adults in Both males and females
  • •Between the age group of 20 to 40 with BMI 18 to 24\.9\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •diagnosed Cardiovascular condition and Respiratory
  • •condition, Stress fracture
  • •1\. Anxiety and depression
  • •3\. Kidney disease
  • •4\. Over use of alcohol and caffein
