Inclusion Criteria

Age: 18-25 years Male participants Those who are regularly practicing in skill-based training Healthy and Injury-Free Players who have been involved in competitive football for at least 2 years.

Exclusion Criteria
  • Players who are participating in any other interventional studies (At present).
  • Medical illness Any musculoskeletal injuries in lower limb Use of Performance-Enhancing Drugs Lack of consistent training Goal keepers will be excluded.
