1.Participants between the age group of 20-29 years who have forward head posture.
2.Craniovertebral angle < 51 degree.
3.A score of 0 â?? 14 points on the Neck disability index.
4.Screen time usage of 4 hours or more per day.
1.Participants having a history of activity-limiting musculoskeletal pain and have received any medical/health care for neck, shoulder or upper back pain for last 1 year.
2.BMI of more than 25 kg/m2.
3.Subjects diagnosed with any cervical spine and shoulder girdle fractures or surgeries in the past 6 months.

Name Time Method Craniovertebral AngleTimepoint: Craniovertebral Angle will be evaluated on the first day i.e. baseline value and at the end of the intervention i.e. on the 6th day post intervention.
