- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Proportion of patients having adrenocortical insufficiency defined as serum cortisol 18 ug/dL by a low dose ACTH stimulation test.

Timepoint: From OPD visit to individual patient samples will be analysed within five days.

Thesis will be done in a year for the suggested sample size.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Disease type, duration, cumulative steroid doses, correlation of steroid doses to baseline and stimulated serum cortisol values.

Timepoint: From OPD visit to individual patient samples will be analysed within five days.

Thesis will be done in a year for the suggested sample size.
