- •Elderly patients over 65 years of age who undergo orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients and caregivers do not want to participate this study.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists classification ? or more
- •Patients with a BMI greater than 30
- •A history of neuromuscular deficit or major psychiatric disorder
- •Drug or alcohol abuse
- •Poorly controlled hypertension,
- •Presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •Heart or renal failure
- •Chronic opioid or sedative use
- •Hypersensitivity to sevoflurane anesthetics
