Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either sex, Aged 18-60 years
ASA grade I-II
Urological and lower abdominal surgeries under Combined Spinal Epidural Anaesthesia (CSE)
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Pregnancy
Morbid obesity (BMI = 40 kg/m2)
Patients on anticoagulant therapy
Allergy to used drugs
Patients with bleeding disorders
Contraindications of neuraxial block
History of chronic backache
History of spine surgery
Chronic use of opioids and/or analgesics
