Inclusion Criteria
General anesthesia with indication for a laryngeal mask airway
- ASA I or II
- BMI
Exclusion Criteria
- ASA > II
- BMI > 30
- impossible informed consent
- Cardiopulmonary disease
- Patients with an increased risk of aspiration
- Other contraindications to the use of a laryngeal mask airway
- Pregnancy
- Participation in another interventional study
- Clinical necessity of intraoperative spontaneous breathing
