入选标准
- •1) patients who are above 18years of age,
- •2) diagnosed with chronic renal disease stage 3 and 4
- •3) patients with a distal forearm cephalic vein diameter of less than 2.5milimetres over their non-dominant hand.
排除标准
- •Patients who have CKD stage 5,
- •history of prior vascular access surgery,
- •physical or mental disability limiting ability to perform exercises, positive Allen’s test,
- •absent or thrombosed distal forearm cephalic vein
- •patients who are already undergoing regular exercise, including manual workers
