Inclusion Criteria
- •Normal,elevated, stage 1 and stage 2 hypertension
- •Both sedentary as well as recreationally active person
- •Both medicated as well as non\-medicated patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •Stage II or more hypertension (SBP 160 mmHg or more and DBP
- •100 mmHg or more)
- •Respiratory problem
- •Neuro\-muscular diseases
- •Very active like current sports participation
