- Patients with disorders associated with impaired fat absorption, impaired renal function or bladder dysfunction.
- Pregnant and lactating women

Name Time Method Increase of biomarkers 2,3-Dihydroxypropyl mercapturic acid (DHPMA) und 2-/3-monochloropropandiol (2-/3-MCPD) in urine following consumption of the study fats. Urine is collected quantitatively during the 2 days before and after exposure. The analyis is carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) or by high-pressure liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS), respectively. <br>
