- •- Ability of subject to understand character and individual consequences of the study

- •- American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade > 3
- •- Pregnant or lactating women
- •- Language barrier that impedes follow-up
- •- Participation in another intervention-trial with interference of intervention and outcome of this study
