Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To compare the time taken for intubation,by two methods of airway anaesthesia namely airway nerve blocks and topical spray-as-you-go technique for anaesthesia in the performance of awake nasotracheal intubation using flexible videoscope in anticipated difficult airway.Timepoint: 1)Time to vocal cord visualization

2)Time to tracheal intubation

3)Total time of nasotracheal intubation

Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Haemodynamic variables at baseline and during the procedure bytwo methods of airway anaesthesia. .

Timepoint: 1)Before intubation

2)At the time of intubation

3)After intubation
