1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA)

Grade I & II patients, of both sexes.

2.Patients undergoing elective infraumblical surgery

3.Patients in the age group of 1-10 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient or parental refusal

2.Infection at the site of injection.

3.Hemodynamic instability.

4.Pre existing neurological deficit.
