入排标准
入选标准
- •Staff nurses and Nurse-in-charge working in a selected hospital at Mangalore and are willing to participate will be included. Patients who can read and write Kannada or English language, are conscious, and are admitted for more than 3 days will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •Staff nurses with previos exposure to similar training programs, who are working in psychiatric units, ICU and OPD will be excluded. Patients with current diagnosis of mental illness and who are critically ill will be excluded.
