  • 18 years and older
  • signed informed consent
  • elective transurethral prostata resection
Exclusion Criteria
  • ASA more than 3
  • kidney disease, liver disease
  • intolerance against bupivacaine, fentanyl, propofol og remifentanil
  • chronic pulmonary disease
  • dementia
