Inclusion Criteria
Patients with thyroid nodule that need surgery for treatment. Benign: Multinodular goiter, Graves’ disease, Toxic adenoma, Single adenoma, Well differentiated thyroid cancer
Exclusion Criteria
1.Preoperative vocal cord dysfunction
2.History of neck surgery
3.History of radiation at head & neck region
4.Substernal goiter
5.Advanced stage of well differentiate thyroid cancer
6.(T4=tumor invasion or N>1 clinical lymph node metastasis)
7.BMI>35 kg/m2
