Inclusion Criteria
All children more than 1 month and less than 12 years who present with fluid refractory shock
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have already received any vasoactive drug before PICU admission.
2. Already participated in the trial during the same hospital stay.
3. Patient with a known cardiac disease.
4. Brain dead patients or terminal patients not likely to survive (DNR candidates).
5. Known immune compromised state (malignancy, primary or secondary immunodeficiency).
6. Severe acute malnutrition
