1. Block leaders and representatives from each colony.

2. Those who can read & write Kannada

3. Those who are willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

1. Individuals who have attended previous mental health workshops or undergone training in concepts related to mental health.

2. Those who have history of mental illness.

Gatekeeping behavior in terms of preparedness, self-efficacy, and likelihood of identifying individuals with mental health issues for counselling and referral to the appropriate health agency.Timepoint: For post-test all the participants will then be evaluated at three points of time, at one month, 6 months and at 12 months. <br/ ><br>The PI will be in contact with the participants throughout the post-intervention period to review/clarify the issues faced by the gatekeepers, a personal diary will be provided to the participants in which they will have to document the details of interactions (if they had) with people having mental health concerns
