Physicianâ??s consent

Exclusion Criteria

History of chronic illness

Taking any supplements

Consumption of various functional foods

Allergic to supplementation ofProso millet

Smokers or tobacco chewers

Thyroid disorder

HbA1C >9

Subjects on Insulin and or statin

Those consuming Proso millet regularly
