Inclusion Criteria
- •all infants born in hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •infants who die within 5 days of birth
- •infants who administered after 48 hours of birth
- •infants needing isolation
- •If parents have an infectious disease or mental illness
- •If parents do not consent to the study
