Inclusion Criteria

age of 30-60 years; diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis at least for 6 months; being able to speak in Persian; having reading and writing capability.
Exclusion criteria: having diabetes mellitus, hypertension, thyroid disorders, renal failure, blood lipids disorders, Cushing syndrome, hepatitis and cancer; being pregnant; lack of having regular diet.
